Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the continental United States. All prices are listed in USD.


How long will it take for my order to ship?

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or special launches.


Who delivers my order?

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS using standard ground service.


Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer complimentary standard ground shipping on orders $150 and above within the continental United States. Orders under $150 are subject to a flat shipping rate of $10.


How do I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly and cannot be changed or canceled once placed. If you believe an order was submitted in error, please contact us immediately at hello@sandraquinnboutique.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist.


Do you accept returns?

Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for store credit only. Store credit is issued in the form of an electronic gift card and does not expire. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy for full details.


How long does it take to process a return?

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection via email. Approved store credit is typically issued within 3–7 business days.


Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.


Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges at this time due to limited inventory and curated capsule collections. Approved returns are issued as store credit, which may be used toward a future purchase if inventory is available.


What if my size sells out before I use my store credit?

Due to limited quantities and curated collections, availability may vary and items may not be restocked. We recommend using store credit as soon as possible once issued.


Do gift cards expire?

Purchased gift cards do not expire. Store credit issued for returns is delivered electronically and does not expire.
