Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to the continental U.S. All prices are in USD.
How long will it take before my order is shipped?
Please allow 3 - 7 business days to process your order and ship it out. We process orders Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Our warehouse is closed Saturday and Sunday.
Who delivers my item(s)?
All items are shipped via USPS or UPS
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard ground shipping throughout the continental US via USPS and UPS on all orders over $100.
How do I track my order?
After placing your order, we will send you an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking information to track the status of your order.
How can I change or cancel an order?
We are unable to make any changes or cancellations to an order once it’s been placed. If you believe the order has been placed in error, please contact our customer service immediately with your order number at hello@sandraquinnboutique.com.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, you can return unworn, unwashed items within 7 days from the order delivery date for store credit only. Store credits are issued in the form of an electronic gift card and do not expire. Please see our complete policy for Returns & Exchanges.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 3 - 7 business days of receiving your item(s) to process the return. All items must be in the exact condition in which it was shipped. The return shipping postage will solely be the responsibility of the buyer.
