We are pleased to offer complimentary standard ground shipping on all orders $150 and above within the continental United States. For orders under $150, a flat shipping rate of $10 will apply.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be carefully processed and prepared for shipment. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Our fulfillment operation is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or special launches.
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier service. Orders placed after 3 PM EST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS using standard ground service with tracking.
You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address and order details are correct before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
