Return Policy

Sandra Quinn Boutique is a curated boutique offering thoughtfully selected collections in limited quantities. We appreciate your understanding of the policies below, which allow us to maintain quality, fairness, and consistency for all customers.

Returns for Store Credit

Eligible items may be returned for store credit.

If your purchase isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, items should be shipped back promptly and received in their original condition. Visit our Return Center to start your return request. 

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Free of odors, stains, makeup, or damage

  • With all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer. 


Store Credit Issuance

Approved returns are issued as store credit in the form of an electronic credit delivered via email.

Store credit:

  • Is not refundable to the original form of payment

  • May be used toward future purchases, subject to availability

  • Cannot be applied to shipping charges or taxes

Due to limited inventory and curated capsule collections, exchanges are not offered. Customers may use store credit to place a new order if inventory is available.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items marked final sale

  • Accessories and jewelry

  • Special order or preorder items, unless otherwise stated


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are nonrefundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Sandra Quinn Boutique is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@sandrquinnboutiue.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will review each case carefully and work with you to reach a resolution.


Gift Cards

Purchased gift cards do not expire and may be used toward eligible merchandise.

Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.


Business Closure Clause

In the event that Sandra Quinn Boutique ceases operations, any outstanding gift cards or store credit must be redeemed within the time frame communicated at the time of closure.
