Return Policy

 

How do I return?

  • Visit our “Returns Center” to complete the return request 
  • Enter your order number and email address  
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return 
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 

What items are returnable?

  • Items must be received within 7 days from the order delivery date
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed
  • In the original packaging with all tags intact
  • The return shipping postage will solely be the responsibility of the buyer 
  • We do not provide return shipping labels      

 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items that are marked Final Clearance and Final Sale are not accepted for returns or exchanges
  • Gift Cards

 

The item I received is damaged! 

  • If the purchased product is faulty, please contact us at hello@sandrquinnboutique.com within 2 days of the order delivery date so we can rectify this issue immediately
  • Please note that we inspect all merchandise before shipping as part of our quality assurance process   

 

What are the refund options?

  • We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns  
  • We do not issue refunds back to your original payment method
  • The amount of the Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include any shipping cost
  • Store Credit cannot be applied to future purchases until you receive the E-Gift Card with your store credit amount.  The E-Gift Card will be sent to your attention via email    

 

How do I ship back the items?

  • For instructions on how to ship the returned merchandise, please refer to the email received after completing the return request          

 

How soon will the return be processed?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return request via email. If approved, the store credit will be processed and issued within 3 - 7 business days. 

Exchange Policy



Exchanges:

We are currently not able to offer exchanges. All exchanges will be processed as a returned item.  Please complete the return request and return the item within 7 days of the order delivery date.  Once the item is received, inspected, and approved, the store credit will be issued within 5 business days. Since sizes sell out fast, we recommend completing the return process as soon as possible.
